StateWORKS: Support
We offer several types of support:
General Product Support
Support and maintenance of this software is provided free of charge for a 12-month period after purchase. Towards the end of that period we shall contact you to propose an annual support and maintenance contract.
The annual maintenance cost for a single license is 15% of its price, but discounts are applied for large numbers of users in the same organisation.

Training
Training courses are available in several languages and can be offered for single persons or groups:
- VFSM Technology and StateWORKS
- StateWORKS Studio
- StateWORKS Run-time system
StateWORKS introduction in your company
We offer to help you to introduce StateWORKS in your company. This special contract will be defined individualy and can contain following support:
- Permanent presence of one of our engineers
- Individual learning programm for the affected staff
- Performance of one or more pilot projects
